“Barb ROCKS....she is so very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist in situations where we ask A LOT of her - and she does it with a smile from beginning to end. I wish I worked with her on a daily basis! You are lucky to have her on your team! Claudiu is the best to work with on large receptions. He knew EXACTLY what we were wanting and made such great suggestions to us during the contract period and the set up of the BEO's. Then, the night of the reception, we had a change (opening the doors a bit early) and the staff made sure they had the permission to do so (you never know who might be asking) and they were so helpful! I appreciate their diligence to meet a request, but make certain it was approved. WHAT A STAFF YOU HAVE! You made
every effort to assure our reception was grand, from the contracting of the event, through the setting of the BEO's to the implementation of the evening and making certain that we had enough of all foods and drinks. Our group really went through a special kind of beer during the reception....and the bar/Kalahari ran out. The event manager suggested the same kind of beer in a small keg - THANK YOU SO MUCH for that suggestion - our reception leads were so impressed. This event manager didn't have to do that and our guests could have chosen a different type of beer, but your team made sure we had what our guests wanted. KUDOS TO THIS TEAM!!! Your teams are so awesome to work with that I would want that for my meeting. And, the property provides so much for family and adults alike....The Kalahari has everything! We talk about The Kalahari all year long!”
