To earn the fundraising incentive, our resorts require a minimum of 10 room nights to be booked by your event attendees. A "room night" is defined as one room booked for one night. For example, 10 guests booking one room each for a single night, or 5 guests booking one room for two nights, would fulfill the minimum requirement.
If the minimum room nights are not met, the fundraising incentive will not be granted. However, this is at no cost with no obligations. All guests are still offered the discounted room rate.
Yes, the minimum room night requirements must be met within the event dates for the nights to count towards the incentive.
We will reserve a designated number of rooms for your group, based on various factors such as the size of your event, time of year, and anticipated demand. This helps ensure that accommodations are available to meet your group’s needs. If you have any specific requests, please let us know!
If you go over the number of rooms reserved, we will make every effort to accommodate additional rooms, subject to availability at the time. Please note that room availability is not guaranteed once the reserved block is fully booked, so we recommend your guests secure their rooms as early as possible. If needed, we can work with you to explore other options, such as adjusting the room block or providing alternative accommodation suggestions.
Nope! The requirement is 10 room nights total. A "room night" is defined as one room booked for one night. For example, 10 guests booking a single room the first night, or 5 guests booking one room for both nights, would fulfill the minimum requirement.
If someone books a single room for two nights this would count as two room nights! A "room night" is defined as one room booked for one night.
